These terms apply when you use www.okashiya.co or buy from Okashiya ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Our store

Okashiya is an online store based in Singapore. Our products are shipped by our fulfilment partner from its warehouse in China. The store runs on Shopify.

2. Products and compatibility

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours and details can look slightly different on different screens. Accessories are made to fit the devices listed on each product page. Please check compatibility before you order. Brand and device names (e.g. DJI, Insta360, Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy) are used only to describe compatibility. Our products are not made or endorsed by those brands.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless your checkout shows another currency. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was clearly shown in error, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, as set out in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for your parcel passes to you once it's delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other consumer laws that apply to you.

7. Using our site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, copying its content for commercial use, or placing fraudulent orders. All text, photos and design on this site belong to Okashiya or our licensors.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
