Thank you for shopping at Okashiya LLP (www.okashiya.co). We take great pride in the quality of our collectibles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Policy
We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds on most products within 14 calendar days of the customer receiving the order. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team upon receipt.
However, to protect all customers and ensure the integrity of our products, we have the following strict conditions.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Live Stream "Rips": Any product that was purchased and opened during a live stream event. By participating in a live stream rip, you acknowledge that the purchase and reveal of the product's contents are final.

Opened Products: Any trading card pack, booster box, or sealed product where the original factory seal has been broken or tampered with by the customer.

Digital Products: Any downloadable digital content or gift cards.
3. Conditions for Return, Exchange, or Refund
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
We only accept returns and issue refunds for the following reasons:

Substantial Defects: You received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., a severely damaged box, a factory-sealed product that is clearly empty, or you received the wrong item entirely).

Shipping Damage: The product was damaged during transit. Please note: You must note any visible shipping damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery and contact us within 24 hours.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at [insert email, e.g., support@okashiya.co] within the 14-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Provide your order number and clear photographs or video evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of the damaged product or packaging).

If our team confirms the issue is eligible for a return, we will issue you an RMA number. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed.

Securely pack the unused and unopened item(s) in its original packaging and mail it back to us at the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or a confirmed substantial defect, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you or reimburse your return shipping costs.
5. Refunds (Once Approved)
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The refund will be for the value of the product only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the correct replacement item to you.
