Shipping policy
This policy outlines all the important information regarding how we ship your precious collectibles from Singapore to your doorstep.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note this does not include shipping time.
During major sales events or live stream promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify customers of any delays via email.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship internationally to a select list of countries using our trusted courier partner, DHL Express. This ensures your valuable trading cards and collectibles are delivered quickly, securely, and with full tracking.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times: Once dispatched, typical delivery times are as follows. These are estimates provided by DHL and are not guaranteed by Okashiya:

USA & Canada: 3-7 business days

Australia & Malaysia: 2-5 business days

Please Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, and local public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL Express tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey in real-time.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Extremely Important)

Okashiya's Responsibility: The price you pay during checkout includes the product cost and the shipping fee to transport your order from Singapore to your country via DHL Express.

Customer's Responsibility: Okashiya is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other fees levied by the destination country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Payment of Fees: The courier (DHL) will typically contact you directly to arrange payment of these charges before they can clear your package through customs and complete delivery. We cannot predict these fees as they vary by country and the value of the goods.

Import Regulations: By placing an international order, you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
6. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required for DHL Express delivery.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Okashiya is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office and neighbours first, then reach out to us.
